Returns Policy

 

If the product has the following or other problems, please contact us by email (olanbrane@outlook.com) within 30 days (from the date of receipt). Usually, we provide the following solutions, but depend on the actual situation:

  1. There is a manufacturing defect with the products or the products you received are inconsistent with the ones you purchased: We'll give you a refund or re-delivery. In this case, the cost of return and exchange shall be borne by us.

  2. You don’t like the product you received or you don’t need it anymore: For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties, briefs and boxers except which they were in brand new and original condition, unwashed and unworn, in the original packaging with tags attached. In this case, the cost of return and exchange, such as freight, etc., shall be borne by the buyer.

    About Frequent Returns, Undelivered Claims and Chargebacks:

     

    1. Though we are flexible with returns, there is a point where we will not be able to accept them when/if a pattern of frequent abuse of returns is recognized by our staff.

     

    1. Olanbrane reserves the right to no longer accept returns from customers who abuse our return and exchange policy.

     

    1. Olanbrane reserves the right to stop taking orders / cancel orders from customers who make frequent credit card chargebacks or demonstrate a pattern of frequent abuse.
